PARIS FASHION WEEK 2025 MENSWEAR HIGHLIGHT

Day 3!

AMIRI

AMIRI, the brand, truly lived up to its name at Paris Fashion Week with its Fall 2025/2026 collection. This coed showcase was a vibrant explosion of unexpected combinations and bold statements.

Who knew leather could be so delicate? AMIRI proved it with stunning leather coats adorned with gleaming gold accessories. The collection seamlessly blended contrasting textures, like satin shirts paired with luxurious leather skirts. Men's handbags, added a touch of sophistication. The color palette was a feast for the eyes, featuring innovative combinations. sparkly sweaters and knit gowns brought a touch of glamour, while sequin embroidery in the shape of roses added a romantic touch to jackets.

The overall aesthetic evoked a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of the iconic style of 70s and 80s actors.

Rick Owens

Rick Owens hired otherworldly creatures for Fall 2025 collection. Another otherworldly fearless fashion collection at Fall 2025 Paris Fashion Week. Did we just see birds walking at his show? We call this collection creative, fearless, eccentric and innovative.

Highlight: crop jackets with exaggerated shoulders, unique long Feather/tail pants, high curved platform boots that looked unreal, loose fit long sweatshirts and tops, asymmetrical dresses with deep plunges and fringed hemlines, V-necks, long coats, wide leg long and high waist bottoms, Strappy long loose sweatshirts, leather patches on jeans

Entitled Concordians, his Fall Winter 2025 collection draws inspiration from the remote, bleak manufacturing town, an ancient city in the Veneto region. Owens suggested that he and his squad gather from various cosmopolitan locations to descend upon the town, which can be bleak and sequestered, which helps them achieve something “weird and wonderful.”

This reminds me that art helps us all to see what’s unseen for the longest period.

Yohji Yamamoto

Free from the constraints of conventional form. "Despair is the conclusion of the fool" and "Sadness and suffering are the flowers of life", quotes on coats, Reversible coats, Puffer Jackets, coats and pants in dark tones, calm ramp walk were the highlights. Yamamoto used regular people as models, as he shared that he is bored with the conventional fashion week ones, ”What you saw were ordinary artists, singers and painters — they are always attractive.”

032C

We just got served power.

Typically what cannot be seen, is what we most like to see. And what cannot be comprehended, is what we are most interested in investigating.

A suspicious mind has an attitude that interrogates. It critically analyzes the status quo and acknowledges that certain knowledge is impossible, particularly what is presented as a mere belief. SUSPICIOUS MINDS is an antithesis to the state of mind of a bigot, as it embraces what is unknown and might remain so.

I can’t choose anything that I din’t like from the collection. Check out yourself and thank me later.

Feng Chen Wang

The Feng Chen Wang Fall/Winter 2025 collection echoes the spirit of Shan Hai Jing, capturing the designer’s unique vision for the season. At its heart are mythical beasts, reimagined as handcrafted ceramic sculptures in collaboration with the artisans from China’s ceramic capital, Jingdezhen.

Traditional Chinese ink paintings have been the core inspiration for the creation of bespoke ‘in house’ Feng Chen Wang fabrics, these have been hand-painted and showcased throughout the collection.

The UGG’s new Tasman Lug 3D printed shoes are reinterpreted into wearable sculptures inspired by Shan Hai Jing’s mythical creatures – blurring the line between reality and fantasy.

Outerwear is a focus this FW25 season with a range of diverse offerings from light to heavy styles to cater for a global consumer.

Issey Miyake

Satoshi Kondo’s new line IM MEN launched in 2021– was beautifully presented for the first time during Paris Fashion Week menswear 2025, exploring the connection between the human body and the cloth. FLY WITH IM MEN!
